 研究主題

研究主題: 新興污染物生物復育之研究

     人類為了追求舒適便利的生活,大量合成及使用化學物質,其中有一群特殊的有機污染物,稱為新興污染物。由於傳統生物處理程序無法有效去除這類物質,可能會經過汙水處理廠進入水環境,對環境生態系統造成衝擊,利用微生物去除環境中有機污染物為一可行方式。

    本研究室目前研究探討醫療及個人保健用品中磺胺類、四環素類、紫外線過濾劑等在土壤、汙泥及底泥中之去除,分離及鑑定具分解能力好氧及厭氧菌株,及利用傳統及次世代技術探討微生物菌群之多樣性。對於有機汙染物之去除本人有應用技術突破,包括利用白腐真菌產生酵素及利用微包埋化技術微包埋酵素及菌株去除有機汙染物,建立最佳去除條件,以生物反應器研發有機汙染物之去除效率,並解析有機汙染物去除主要菌群。

     本實驗室畢業研究生以從事環保生物技術相關工作為主,目前已有多位學長姐獲得博士學位,畢業學生從事教職、生物科技、環保單位及其他等工作。歡迎對環境微生物有興趣之學生,加入我們研究行列。
